The Vision
Marsden Cove is envisaged to become one of New Zealand’s most sought after marine and holiday destinations.
In essence, Marsden Cove is a comprehensively planned marine township which includes a 230 berth marina and waterfront boulevard development at its heart.
The buildings planned to overlook the marina will offer retail shops and cafe space on the ground floor with a mix of private residential and tourist accommodation on the levels above.
Approximately 700 residential home sites are included in the entire development, half of which will have canal frontage and the capacity for private jetties capable of mooring craft up to 20m.
The master plan includes a number of multi-level waterfront buildings overlooking the marina, offering ground floor retail space and a mix of privately owned and managed tourist apartments on the floors above.
