There are76 Lots in total in the next stage of the Marsden Cove development including 41 prime water front sections from $55000,000.

and 35 residential sections from $260,000. Stage 2 offers some new features to the costal comunity. The waterways in stage two will offer a high tide environment and beach access into the water off every waterfront lot. Waterway access for boats is through 20x6 meter remote controlled lock. The lock system will only allow a 1.3m fluctuation in the tide cycles. maintaining a half tide or higher environment upstream of the lock.
